Our mission is to provide a helping hand where and when it’s needed to citizens of all ages in Clallam and Jefferson Counties who need help with skills, care, guidance, and extra support so they can succeed with whatever task at whatever age, with an emphasis on the needs of those with developmental and other disabilities.

Our History...
In 1979, Concerned Citizens started as a Child Development Center and immediately began working on quality services that would provide support to children with disabilities and children who were at risk developmental delays for their age. By 1981, our childcare program was fully inclusive, formed under the non-profit rules of 501(c)(3), and we began a business venture that has grown and expanded for over four decades throughout both Clallam and Jefferson Counties.

Concerned Citizens is a social services agency and, as such, our goal is to bring as many resources to as many people in need of them as possible.
