December Safety Topic

Ergonomics

Hello Safety committee,

I hope this email finds you safe, and happy. I am writing to you today to share information on our December’s safety topic: ergonomics in the office.

Ergonomics is the science of designing and arranging things so that people can use them easily and safely. It can help us prevent injuries, reduce stress, and improve our productivity and well-being.

As a safety committee, we can spread the word about ergonomics in our workplace and teach our coworkers how awesome it is. That’s why I made a presentation that shows you these things:

– What is ergonomics and why is it important?

– How to assess your workstation and identify potential risks?

– How to make simple adjustments to improve your comfort and posture?

– How to incorporate breaks and exercises into your daily routine?

Take care of yourselves,

Colleen Murphy
