Since 2005...

Our Family Time Services program has been supporting parent-child relationships in a manner that ensures the child’s safety and creates an encouraging and healthy atmosphere. The visits and events are planned and conducted in the least restrictive environments possible.

Program Overview...

Services are set-up with family values, integrity, and child safety in mind. We believe that supervised visits between a parent and their child is essential in the development of appropriate family connections and aim to support families in their efforts to nurture and protect their children.

Concerned Citizens recognizes that visits are the right of the family and that “the best interest of the child” is of ultimate importance. Maximum parent, child and sibling contact is encouraged whenever possible. Concerned Citizens staff will follow the child’s plan as written by the DCYF (Department of Children Youth and Families) Social Worker and follow it during all visits. We accept Private Pay and DCYF.

Our Promise...

We provide these services in a responsible manner that ensures the child’s safety and creates an encouraging and healthy atmosphere for them. The visits and events are planned and conducted in the least restrictive environments possible. We promise to…

  • Confirm the first scheduled visit with all parties at least 24 hours in advance.

  3. Unsurpervised Visits
    • Concerned Citizens staff is responsible for picking up and delivering the child or children to and from an agreed-upon location for visits. Staff is not responsible for supervising or monitoring unsupervised visits..
